Process

A short request, then a limited local handoff.

The property-management form collects the details a provider needs to decide whether the rental is a fit before they contact you.

How the routing works.

Lead routing
01

The request is qualified

We collect the details a manager needs before follow-up: location, property type, unit count, owner situation, timeline, and contact preference.

02

Routing stays limited

If there is a relevant fit, the request may be shared with one to three providers who cover your area. It is not posted as a public listing.

03

You compare directly

Providers discuss scope, fees, response expectations, and service terms with you. There is no obligation to hire from the form.

It is not a rental listing and not a public auction.

Submissions are meant to start relevant provider conversations. They are not published on the site, and submitting does not require you to hire anyone.

  • We ask for enough property context to avoid generic follow-up.
  • We disclose that some providers may pay for qualified leads or referrals.
  • Provider pricing, scope, and suitability must be confirmed directly.
  • If there is no clear local fit, a request may not be routed.
